Nedbank has joined the bandwagon and injected E100 000 to the inaugural Cold Chain Summit. The sponsorship was announced by Nedbank Managing Director, Fikile Nkosi yesterday at the bank’s head office in Mbabane. Nkosi said as ‘experts who do good,’ they realised that the summit aligns well with their purpose of using their financial expertise to do good for individuals, families, businesses, and society.
Short for High Value Crop & Horticulture Project, the HVCHP is a highly commercialized agriculture initiative funded by the European Union in the tune of 16.6 Million Euros to assist smallholder farmers of Eswatini in producing crops that are in demand from both local and international markets. Housed under ESWADE, this emerging project operates nationwide with a keen focus on creating opportunities for farmers’ produce to access markets.
