The Ministry and partners put together gross margin analysis, which are available for all, please send an email to: dlsifiso@gmail.com or info@namboard.co.sz to get a soft copy.
Note that there are many factors that determine profitability, not just gross margins on paper. Some of these include:
* Your specific cost of labour (in the GM the labour rates are averages)
* Inputs availability (ensure that all inputs prescribed are available at the correct time)
* Suitability of the crops (Baby Cabbages may outperform baby marrow in a certain location, and therefore the gross margin highlighted will differ).
More importantly, it is important to consult with your technical advisor
