difficult one to answer directly. The country that is renowned for this technology is Israel, however the Netherlands, USA, and other Nordic countries have large tracts with greenhouses. 

There are also well adapted, simple,  low cost greenhouses / plastic tunnels in countries such as Jordan and others in the Middle East. In these countries, greenhouses are meant to extend the growing season, as summer is too hot to grow most vegetables, and winter has snow, therefore they use these for winter production. 

South Africa has also matured significantly in greenhouse technology, whilst most companies have an Israel model, others have come up with their own structures.
